A nice weekend

The weekend has been absolutely Grrreat!

Although the weather was not what we'd call great - rainy most of the time - we still had a really good weekend.

Lewis was still not well on Friday and slept for 4 hours. That must have helped him get better, because he woke up in a splendid mood, and then he still slept really well at night.

We all woke up quite late on Saturday and decided to go to Edmonton swimming pool. Lewis loved it, but he did not listen to us OR the lifeguards about not running from pool to pool. He gets so excited and just kept forgetting.

He even jumped in and got his head completely under water and he didn't mind! He is getting used to the pools for sure.

We stayed almost two hours, so Brian and I were confident that Lewis would fall asleep in the car on the way from the pool, but we were mistaken...

...he didn't sleep all day! Went to bed at 11pm with me. Rascal.

Anyway, we stopped at Eunice & Shirley's on the way from the pool. Kamron & Layla were there, so Lewis was having fun playing with his cousins.

The weather improved slightly on Sunday. Brian and Lewis went to the park, and I sewed. I made my first dress and finished it. I am rather pleased with the result

Blogging in English?!?!

Lewis on a hot Summer's day in Lloyds Park - it was the last Saturday in May '09 - looking cool, don't you think?

Ok, so I've been writing a blog in Swedish for quite some time now. I am going to see if I can do it in English as well. To start with because Brian is always commenting (not moaning!) about how he can't read my blog. Eventually I guess I will share the blog with the English speaking family. IF I continue this of course.

The purpose of the Swedish blog, is for family members to follow our day-to-day lives as they're in Sweden and we're in the UK. I am going to translate the same in here. Sometimes I don't write, but only post pictures of our dear Lewis. He is the most gorgeous boy in the world.
I never know how Brian and I managed it!
